Rafael Tuju to face false information charges despite anticipatory bail

Former Cabinet Secretary Rafael Tuju will have to answer to charges of giving false information to a person employed in public service despite obtaining anticipatory bail from the High Court. The Milimani Magistrate’s Court struck out an application by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations seeking to obtain search warrants against the former Jubilee Party Secretary General.
