RC URGES PARENTS TO TAKE ACTIVE ROLE IN CHILD UPBRINGING

Western Regional Commissioner Irungu Macharia has urged parents in Malava Sub-county to take their parental responsibilities seriously. He warned that neglecting parental duties leaves children vulnerable to drug abuse and petty crimes. Macharia cautioned that children with poor upbringing always grow into irresponsible adults, become a burden to their families, and frequently find themselves in conflict with the law.
