Gospel artist and Presidential hopeful Reuben Kigame is calling for laws to make Braille and sign language mandatory in all communication platforms.
Speaking at the Thika High School for the Blind in Kiambu County, Kigame said government documents should be translated into Braille for the visually impaired, while sign language should be provided to help the deaf access public information
