Ruku, Askul appear before senate committee to explain flood and drought preparedness

Public Service Cabinet Secretary Geoffrey Ruku and his arid and Semi Arid Lands counterpart Beatrice Askul were hard pressed to explain the country’s preparedness as deadly floods ravage parts of the country while the impact of drought also continues to tighten its grip in other parts.
