Ruto : Government will review the fee for replacing IDs

The government will review the national identification card replacement fee to ensure no one is denied the opportunity to register as a voter. This was announced by President William Ruto during the Pentecostal Assemblies of God centenary celebrations in Nyang`ori village, Vihiga county. The head of state said the fee was introduced to discourage the trend of citizens who received IDs for free from frequently losing them and replacing them.
