Ruto outlines anti-narcotics plan, orders new drug control framework and nationwide rehab centres

A paramilitary special force will be formed and deployed to the Anti-Narcotics Unit, as the government instensifies War against Drug barons and Alcohol Cartels in the country. During a Multi - Agency Security meeting at State House, Nairobi, President William Ruto, resolved to formulate a legal framework within ten days to strengthen coordination, enforcement, and accountability across government departments.
