Rwanda genocide survivors mark 32nd anniversary, blame global inaction

Survivors of the 1994 Rwanda genocide are still calling on the international community to acknowledge their failure in preventing the loss of lives during that period. Speaking during the commemoration of the Nyanza Kicukiro massacre in Kigali, survivors say the inaction by the international community played a big role in the decimation of populations and the destruction of their families.
