At least 148 illegal guns have been recovered in parts of the North Rift in the ongoing ‘komesha uhalifu’ operation. It is spearheaded by the Kenya police service in collaboration with the Kenya Defense Forces. Some of the guns were surrendered today when interior CS prof Kithure Kindiki toured Samburu County.
