Senegal to appeal CAF ruling, heads to CAS in Switzerland

The Senegal government has joined the Senegal football federation in condemning the Confederation of Africa football caf, for stripping senegal off the AFCON 2025 title. CAF's appeals committee issued a statement saying Senegal breached the AFCON rules by walking off the pitch in the final, which they eventually won by beating hosts Morocco 1-0. Morocco has been awarded the trophy for a victory of 3-0.
