Ten people are set to be charged in court in relation to fraudulent claims at the Social Health Authority. The office of the Director of Public Prosecution, in a statement Saturday, named two directors and five employees of Jambo Jipya medical clinic in Kilifi county, two directors of St Mark Orthodox hospital in Vihiga and one employee at the Social Health Authority, among those set to be charged. They will be charged with, among others, conspiracy to defraud and commit a felony, falsification of health documents, cheating and acquisition of proceeds of crime. Giverson Maina reports.
