TESO FARMERS TO BENEFIT FROM NEW COTTON GINNERY

Farmers in Teso North are set to benefit from increased value addition and improved incomes following the establishment of a new cotton ginnery at Jairos Farmers’ Co-operative Society. The ginnery, whose processing machines are currently being installed, will process seed cotton into lint bales, while additional equipment will produce crude cottonseed oil and cottonseed cake for animal feed.
