The annual Matter Heart Run was held today in Nairobi and in 10 other counties nationwide.the run which started at KICC was themed touch a child's heart. Speaking during the run Mary Ngui The Mater Hospital CEO said that the day's run aimed to raise 120 million shillings to help 250 children from economically challenged backgrounds with heart conditions, receive lifesaving surgeries and procedures. This year's run featured schools, co-operates and other organisations, aiming at uniting communities to save lives through cardiac care.
