Three dead as under-construction building collapses in Kibera

In yet another building tragedy, three people have been confirmed dead and several others injured after a building under construction collapsed in Kibera. The structure, which had reportedly been marked for demolition, came down while individuals were on-site salvaging materials. Authorities say those who lost their lives include people who had entered the building to collect scrap metal.
