The Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF) is targeting to increase its capital financing to SMES in the country and Africa at large. The entrepreneurship programme, which was founded in 2015, has so far disbursed over 100 million US Dollars or close to 1.2 billion shillings in seed capital to fund more than 24,000 SMES across Africa.
