UDA’s David Ndakwa cleared to contest Malava by-election

UDA candidate David Ndakwa was today cleared by the independent electoral and boundaries commission to contest in the November 27th Malava parliamentary by-election. The united democratic alliance leaders who accompanied him to the IEBC offices later held a series of rallies in the constituency, urging residents to turn out in large numbers and support their candidate.
