Waziri wa habari, mawasiliano na uchumi wa kidijitali Eliud Owalo alitoa changamoto kwa wanafunzi waliohitimu kukumbatia fursa zinazopatikana katika nyanja ya teknolojia ili kubuni maudhui na vilevile kudumisha uadilifu wa uandishi wa habari na kubainisha ukweli kabla ya kuchapisha taarifa. Wakati wa hafla hiyo, watahiniwa 457 walikabidhiwa vyeti vya Diploma na vyeti vya taaluma mbalimbali.
