Weather man warns 9 counties at risk of acute food shortage

The metrological department is warning that nine counties are at risk of acute food shortage in arid and semi-arid areas. This follows its latest forecast, which indicates some regions will experience average to below average rainfall during the March-April-May 'long rains' season.
