KWABULO SQUATTERS ACCUSE POLITICIANS, LAND OFFICIALS OF AIDING LAND GRABBING IN NYALI

Residents of the Kwabulo Squatter Settlement Scheme in Nyali Constituency have accused politicians and land officials of aiding land grabbing by wealthy individuals, leaving genuine squatters dispossessed despite having occupied the land for more than three decades. The residents are now urging the national government to fast-track the release of Sh2 billion allocated in the 2025/2026 financial year to facilitate the purchase of land and resettlement of squatters.
