STATE TO SPEND SH21 BILLION ON AFFORDABLE HOUSING IN KILIFI THIS YEAR

The national government will spend Sh21 billion on infrastructure development under the Affordable Housing Project in Kilifi County this year, County Director of Housing Moses Kiptui announced Monday. Speaking during the site handover for the construction of 340 housing units at the Weru Vocational Training College (TVET) at Baolala in Malindi Sub-County, Mr. Kiptui said the county will benefit from 11 affordable housing projects comprising 8,036 units at a cost of Sh18 billion.
