The Jijue Jibetter campaign by the Kenya Revenue Authority entered Nyeri County on Tuesday, targeting eligible taxpayers in the region. Taxpayers in Karatina, Mukurwe-ini, Othaya, Nyeri town, Mweiga, Chaka, and Narumoro turned up for the sensitisation campaign and to file their returns ahead of the June 30th deadline. The Jijue Jibetter campaign encourages the simple and zero-cost filing of returns through WhatsApp or a short code. The tax man targets to mobilise 300 million by the end of June
