A section of residents in Kaloleni Constituency, Kilifi County, have called on education stakeholders to put in place permanent solutions to improve education infrastructure in the area. This as 94 grade 10 learners living with disabilities in Kwale County benefited from a three years scholarship from Kenya Pipeline Foundation.
