All health facilities contracted under the Social Health Authority (SHA) will be required to install biometric systems as the government moves to curb fraud that has reportedly cost the country millions of shillings. Health Cabinet Secretary Adan Duale said more than 5,000 facilities have already received biometric machines, with another 3,000 expected to be equipped by next week. Aaron Marie has the details.
