A section of youth in Garsen Town of Tana River County is appealing to the county government to provide them with short-term jobs to enable them to earn a living. The young people are asking to be engaged in environmental conservation and clean-up activities in the town in order to improve the town’s appearance, reduce unemployment, and steer young people away from drug abuse and crime.
