Pope Leo XIV descended to the helm of the Roman catholic church Thursday, in an occasion that continues to be celebrated across the world. Here in Kenya at the Sacred heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Nairobi’s Baba dogo area, there is a special celebration as the new pope once served in their midst for 13 years as the Prior General of the priests in the order of St. Augustine.
