Clergy, FIDA condemn killing of protesters by police

The inter-religious council is calling for the urgent establishment of a judicial commission of inquiry to investigate fatalities arising from demonstrations that have spanned from last year to date. The council, made up of religious leaders from various denominations, has also offered to mediate between the government and Gen Z protestors in a bid to promote peaceful coexistence.
