Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi says preparations to host the Africa-France Summit in May are in top gear. Mudavadi said Kenya attaches great strategic importance to the summit, the first to be held in a non-Francophone African country since its inception in 1973.He was speaking in Paris after talks with French Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Jean-Noël Barrot. The summit, scheduled for May 11th and 12th, is expected to focus on critical global issues and amplify Africa’s voice in global decision-making.
