Burkina Faso ni nyumbani kwa idadi kubwa ya Watu Wasiokuwa na Makazi Ndani ya Nchi [IDPs] kutokana na miaka minane ya ukosefu wa usalama.
Wanaishi katika miji mbalimbali kote nchini. Lakini katika mji mkuu Ouagadougou, baadhi yao wanajaribu kujiweka sawa kwa kufanya kazi mbalimbali au kuanzisha biashara mbalimbali badala ya kutegemea misaada.
