Vincent Cheruiyot, a 15-year-old learner in the Special Needs Unit at Nandi Hills Township Primary School, is appealing to well-wishers to support him with a mobility device to ease his movement. Vincent lives with both physical and intellectual disabilities, a condition that has significantly affected his daily life and education. For more than a year, he has been unable to attend school regularly due to mobility challenges and other constraints.
