Drama in parliament as Duale and MP Kibagendi clash

Drama unfolded in Parliament Tuesday Morning after Health Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale traded accusations with members of the national assembly’s health committee over the state of affairs at the Social Health Authority. While members took issue with lack of transparency and errors in payments, system failures and biased patient referrals, Duale accused them of insincerity. And as Abdiaziz Hashim reports, Duale and Kitutu Chache MP Antony Kibagendi may end up in court over Kitutu Chache MP Antony Kibagendi accused the CS and SHA officials of fraud.
