The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission is pursuing five suspects from the Nyamira County Assembly over alleged abuse of office, willful failure to comply with the law relating to the management of public funds and negligence of official duty. This follows the arrest of the Nyamira County Assembly Deputy Clerk and Director of Finance and Accounts, Leonard Kevin Nyamasege.
