Kulingana na malalamishi yaliyowasilishwa kwa tume hiyo ya EACC, sakata hiyo pia inahusisha sakata ya wanafunzi zaidi ya mia mbili kuhudhuria sherehe ya shahada ya uzamili licha ya kukosa kuhitimu.
