Prime Cabinet Secretary, Musalia Mudavadi, has emphasized the need to embrace collective action over isolationism and narrow nationalism in the fight against Ebola, saying the pandemic transcends borders and cannot be effectively contained by any State acting alone. The outbreak has so far killed 399 people with 1,333 cases confirmed in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
