The family of Peace Nasimiyu is now crying for justice after a bullet hit her and went through her right hand while she was in class on September 17th, a day on which there were protests at Multimedia University. The Independent Policing Oversight Authority (IPOA) has now started an investigation to determine where this shooting happened and who fired the shot. The school is opposite Ongata Rongai police station. Our reporters, Ode Francis listened to this thirteen-year-old child's ordeal at Prime Junior Academy.
