Fresh dispute erupts over Justice Majanja estate distribution

A family member of the late High Court judge Justice David Majanja has moved to court to challenge the court decision on the distribution of the late judge's estate. In the petition, Majanja's stepmother, Priscillah Nthenya Majanja, who was excluded from inheritance, argues that she was excluded from the summons for confirmation of grants without her knowledge or consent. Majanja's younger brother, Martin Aluvisia Majanja, also wants the court to compel the immediate release of his share of the inheritance to allow him to proceed with studies.
