Funeral for Marakwet mudslide victims, Govt pledges resettlement

The government is working on resettling those affected by the Elgeyo Marakwet mudslide early this month. Interior CS Kipchumba Murkomen says the move will not only assist the affected persons but also safeguard the lives of others living in similar conditions. He spoke during the funeral service of eight of the 39 people who were killed in the November 1 mudslide.
