Govt to receive Ksh.103 billion from Kenya Pipeline Privatization

    The government will receive a total of 103.35 billion shillings from the sale of its 65 percent stake in the Kenya pipeline company. This is lower than 106 billion shillings intended to be raised.at the same time the Kenya pipeline company management has welcomed the privatization move noting that it will cut the red tapes associated with government approval process, allowing the company to move to market with little bureaucracies.
