High court halts shutdown of Kenya Institute of Management amid deregistration dispute

The court has temporarily halted the revocation of accreditation and closure of all Kenya Institute of Management branches across the country as directed by the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority. The reprieve for the institution came as the Ministry of Education told the National Assembly that all certificates issued by the institution remain valid as consultations continue before a comprehensive statement is made public in the next two days.
