    “What took four days now only takes one hour.” Known as the ‘tree against hunger’, enset feeds 20 million people across Ethiopia. It is a vital plant in a country that experiences high levels of food insecurity. But for generations, preparing it has meant hours - even days - of painful work, which usually falls to women.
