Kenyatta National Hospital in collaboration with the Embassy of Japan has launched an On-Site program focused on Human Resource Development for Gastrointestinal Diseases in Kenya, specifically in the Endoscopy field.Dr. Linda Gathara, the head of Endoscopy at the Kenyatta National Hospital, says about 13 persons are undergoing the three-day training that takes place twice a year with an exchange program happening in Japan. The training is geared towards sharing and enhancing skills between the two countries.
