The Law Society of Kenya is now threatening to petition parliament to take action on Agriculture Cabinet Secretary Mithika Linturi over concerns surrounding the implementation of the National Fertilizer Subsidy Program if he fails to act . Led by LSK President Faith Odhiambo, the body wants Linturi to deal with claims of fraud in the implementation of the program and have farmers who received sub standard fertilizer fully compensated.
