Ruto and Macron sign 11 development deals in Nairobi

President William Ruto and his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron have signed 11 memoranda of understanding aimed at advancing Kenya’s development agenda. Speaking at State House Nairobi, President William Ruto said a majority of the deals are intended to support his vision of transforming Kenya into a first world country. Correspondent Emmanuel reports that President Ruto maintains Kenya is neither looking east nor west in its partnership with France ahead of the Africa forward summit.
