Ruto assures Grade 9 learners of placement as KSh 44 billion released

President William Ruto has moved to allay fears over the transition to senior school, assuring parents that all learners eligible for Grade 10 will secure places by the time the first cohort reports in January. Speaking in Narok County, the President said the government has released 44 billion shillings to ensure a smooth transition under the Competency-Based Education system.
