Ruto hits back at Ndindi Nyoro over criticism of Safaricom share sale

President William Ruto has hit back at Kiharu member of parliament Ndindi Nyoro over his criticism of the planned sale of Safaricom shares, with Nyoro warning that the country risks losing billions of shillings by failing to use a competitive international bidding process in the divestiture. The president has dismissed the claims, insisting that his administration remains on course to deliver the goals set out in the UDA manifesto.
