STEMMING CRIME
Three men from Diani in Kwale County have surrendered to authorities after they abandoned the panga boys gang that has been terrorising area residents. The three now join another 40 that abandoned the gang last year. While receiving them, Msambweni Police Commander Robinson Lang’at has urged more to follow suit. He, at the same time, called on parents to be vigilant and ensure they are present in their children’s lives to prevent them from resulting to crime.
