Uganda’s president-elect, Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has defended his victory warning the opposition against causing chaos. In his address to the nation a day after being declared winner of the recent general election. Museveni said opposition, led by Robert Kyagulanyi popularly known as Bobi Wine was planning chaos but that the security agencies were in standby to maintain pace. He said the opposition was “lucky,” claiming that about ten million NRM supporters did not turn out to vote.
