Vocal Africa threatens to sue IEBC, EACC, over by-election chaos

A human rights group, Vocal Africa, has hinted at taking legal action against the Independent Electoral Boundaries comission -IEBC and the Ethics and Anti-Corruption commission-eacc, for failing to take stern action against those who violated electoral laws during the just concluded by elections.
