Willis Ayieko’s killers linked to KSh145,000 withdrawal

The late Wells Fargo hr director Willis Ayieko’s killers withdrew KSh 145,000 from his account, an M-Pesa shop attendant has told the court. He testified that a middle-aged man used the deceased’s national ID card to make withdrawals of KSh 45,000, KSh 30,000, and KSh 70,000 in separate instalments. CCTV footage played in court showed the suspect receiving the cash before leaving the shop. The prosecution presented the footage as part of efforts to link the transactions to the suspects on trial.
