Migori County Executive Committee Member (CECM) in Charge of Education, Gender, and Youth, Ms Rahab Robi, has stated that the county administration has decided to focus on constructing Early Childhood Development (ECD) classrooms rather than modern ECD centers to reach more learning institutions.
Speaking at her office, Ms Robi said that the funds to construct a single modern ECD center could fund three ECD classrooms at different institutions, adding that it was the right decision to take to improve the infrastructure in most schools.
