Members of parliament have questioned the Ministry of Transport over its move to sack Kenya Airport authority managing Director Alex Gitari following the nationwide power outage that affected the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport last week. The National Assembly Roads and Transport Committee which visited JKIA today now wants the ministry to give a detailed report about the incident while demanding an overhaul of KAA management which they say is rotten to the core.
