Inzu ya Masaba Elders that's Bukusu community of Kenya and Abagisu from Uganda under Bamasaba kingdom have announced that the preparations for the official opening of the circumcision ceremonies for the young men of these communities this year have been completed. Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni along with other leaders from across the continent including the speaker of the Kenyan national assembly Moses Wetang'ula are expected to attend.
